Select some text, press a shortcut, and send it straight to AI — local or cloud.
Select text anywhere, then press Ctrl+Win+Alt+L for a private, on-device AI action, or Ctrl+Win+Alt+A to use a cloud AI instead — followed by a number key (1-9) for the action you want.
Each leader key has its own set of nine actions: Ask, Define, Summarize, Rewrite, Critique, Translate to, Plan, and two fully Custom slots you can define yourself.
Before anything is sent, a small dialog shows your selected text and the action that will run — you can switch to a different action from the same group right there, or cancel entirely.
Local AI actions open a dedicated chat window that talks to a local model on your own computer (via Ollama) — nothing leaves your machine. The first time you use it, you'll be guided through installing the AI engine and a model, the same one-time setup used by Tag Sense AI.
Cloud actions open your browser with your selected text pre-filled into a cloud AI (by default, Microsoft Copilot). If the text is too long, it's copied to your clipboard instead so you can paste it in yourself.
Open Settings to rename actions, edit their prompts, choose your preferred local model, set a different cloud AI URL, and decide whether an action sends immediately or leaves the prompt ready for you to review first.
