Productivity Plus Pack

Data Collection

Productivity Plus Pack is designed to operate entirely on the user's device. We do not collect, transmit, store, sell, or share personal information from users of the application.

The application does not send user files, file contents, settings, usage information, or personal data to One Great World LLC.

User Files

Productivity Plus Pack may open, create, modify, rename, organize, move, or otherwise interact with files and folders when requested by the user.

All such processing occurs locally on the user's device. User files and their contents are not transmitted to One Great World LLC or any third party.

Settings, State, and Diagnostic Logs

The application stores configuration data, application state information, and diagnostic logs locally on the user's device.

These files are typically stored under:

These files remain on the user's device and are not automatically transmitted to One Great World LLC or any third party.

Software Update Checks

Productivity Plus Pack may periodically check whether a newer version of the application is available by downloading publicly available version information.

This process does not transmit personal information, user files, settings, usage information, or application data to One Great World LLC.

Third-Party Services

Productivity Plus Pack does not use cloud services, analytics platforms, telemetry services, advertising networks, or other third-party data collection services.

Website Server Logs

Like most websites, our web servers automatically record technical information when the site is accessed. This information may include IP address, browser information, requested pages, date and time of access, referring pages, and other standard server log information.

This information is used for security, troubleshooting, website operation, performance monitoring, and abuse prevention. We do not use this information for advertising or cross-site tracking.

Website Cookies and Analytics

We only set cookies or use browser storage for the following purposes:

• Strictly Necessary. A small entry in your browser's local storage records the cookie choice you make on this site so that we do not ask again on every visit. This is not a tracking cookie and cannot be disabled because it stores your preference.
• Analytics (Optional). If you consent, we use Google Analytics to understand how the website is used, including pages visited, approximate geographic region, and device type. Google Analytics is only loaded after consent is provided and IP addresses are anonymized where available. See Google's Privacy Policy for additional information.

We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

Your Choice

You can accept or reject analytics cookies at any time using the cookie banner displayed on your first visit or through the Cookie Settings link available on the website. Rejecting analytics cookies does not affect your ability to use the site.

Purchases

Purchases of Productivity Plus Pack are made inside the application and are processed by Stripe, Inc. This applies to both the one-time licenses sold through onegreatworld.com and the monthly subscription offered in the Microsoft Store edition; a Store subscription is billed by us through Stripe rather than by Microsoft.

Payment details are entered on pages hosted by Stripe and are processed under Stripe's own privacy policy. One Great World LLC never receives or stores payment card information. From Stripe we receive the billing email address you provide at checkout, together with identifiers for the resulting Stripe customer, payment, and subscription records.

Licensing and Activation

Unlocking Productivity Plus Pack after purchase requires a licensing service operated by One Great World LLC. This is the only part of the product that stores personal information on our servers, and it exists solely to issue and validate licenses.

For each license we store the billing email address, the product and tier purchased, the license status, and the Stripe identifiers described above. For each computer on which the license is activated we store an installation identifier generated on that computer, the Windows computer name, and the times of activation and of the most recent validity check. The computer name is stored so that the device list you see when managing your license is recognizable to you.

The Software does not send us your files, their contents, or their names. It does not report how you use the application, and there is no analytics or telemetry in the product.

After activation the licence is verified on your own computer against a stored, cryptographically signed copy. The application contacts our service only periodically to confirm that the license is still valid — at most once a day for a subscription, and roughly once a week for a one-time license.

Restoring a purchase on a new or reinstalled computer, and opening Stripe's customer portal to manage a subscription, both require verifying your billing email address. We send a single-use link that expires fifteen minutes after it is issued. These verification messages are delivered through our email provider, DNSExit.

The free 30-day trial requires no account, no email address, and no payment method. Trial state is recorded only on your own computer and is not sent to us.

Data Sharing

We do not sell or rent personal information.

Information may be disclosed when required by law, legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of One Great World LLC, our users, or others.

Data Retention

License records — the billing email address, license and Stripe identifiers, and the activated computers described under Licensing and Activation — are retained for as long as the license exists, because they are what allows a purchase to be restored and a subscription to be validated. Email-verification links are single-use and expire after fifteen minutes.

Encrypted backups of the licensing database are retained for 30 days. They are encrypted so that they can be read only with a key that is not held on the server that writes them.

Apart from the licensing records above, Productivity Plus Pack does not collect user data, and One Great World LLC does not retain personal information generated through use of the application.

Locally stored settings and log files remain on the user's device until deleted by the user or removed during application uninstallation.

Website analytics data, where consent has been provided, is retained according to Google Analytics settings and Google's retention policies.

Web server logs containing technical information, including IP addresses, are retained for operational, security, and troubleshooting purposes and are periodically deleted according to our system administration practices.

Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, privacy laws may provide rights relating to personal information, including rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to applicable processing activities.
