How to Customize the Windows 11 Right-Click Menu

Quick answer: Windows 11 offers Show more options to open the classic menu, but no built-in visual editor for arranging its commands. Step by step

Open the menu editor. Open Productivity Plus Pack Settings, select Context Menu+, and choose Customize for the menu layout you want to edit.
Choose the menu. Select the relevant menu, such as files, folders or the desktop. These menus have separate layouts, so check that you are editing the place where you will use the commands.
Arrange your commands. Move your frequent commands into the order you want. Add a submenu to group related commands, and hide entries you do not need.
Choose the appearance. Use the Theme control to select a light, dark or custom appearance. Check the menu preview as you work.
Save and check. Choose Save and apply, then right-click the same kind of item in Windows. Some commands depend on the selected item and installed applications, so check with a representative file or folder.
